Royal Quay’s security services are provided by Stone Security Services Limited.

They can be called at any time of the day or night 24/7 to deal with noise pollution or parking contraventions and also in the event of any fire alarm being raised.

ESTATE MANAGER

The Estate Manager, Tony Ryder, should be contacted in the event of minor emergencies. He should not be contacted in the evenings or at weekends—everyone deserves a break.

Plumbing and electrical issues should be directed to Tony in the first instance but please do not expect Tony to be obliged to help you—he is responsible for the common parts of the site, not for problems within individual apartments.
